Llanelli

Llanelli provides main line connections to Carmarthen and West Wales. Llanelli Station, conveniently situated for easy walking to either the town centre or the coast, now has a shop selling newspapers, magazines, sandwiches, hot and cold drinks and other snacks. The Miramar Hotel is located just outside the station.

Rightly famous for the production of tinplate, steel and coal, the town was reborn thanks to a massive 5-year investment programme and the town centre now attracts shoppers from all over West Wales. The Scarlets are one of the greatest rugby clubs in Wales.
