The Millennium Coastal Park is a visionary project which has transformed 20km of coastline from industrial wasteland into green parkland - giving the coast back to the people.

The park provides stunning views of the Gower Peninsula and an expanse of traffic free cycling. The smooth, flat cycle track has been described by Sustrans as "one of the finest stretches of the whole National Cycle Network".

Other attractions include the Millennium Wetlands and a Coarse Angling Centre of Excellence. The prestigious Jack Nicklaus golf course set to be playable in 2003 and an impressive new visitor centre, housing a cafe, cycle hire, exhibition hall and information point, is due for completion in 2002.
