Llanwrtyd & District Heritage and Arts Centre  showcases interactive and static displays providing an interesting and detailed account of the history of the area within a beautifully restored chapel. There are two art galleries which exhibit work from Welsh artists and crafts people (these change monthly), with all work available to purchase and a small retail section selling locally produced  honeys, jams, chocolate etc in addition to a range of  Welsh made gifts.
